Las Posadas, a
ceremonial celebration of Mary and Joseph's journey
to Bethlehem, is co-sponsored each year by the FCAC
and the Committee for the Restoration of the Mission
San Jose.
Beginning on December 16th, the public is
invited to meet at 6:00 pm each evening on the porch
of the Mission Museum, walk to a different nearby
destination, sing carols and enjoy entertainment and
light refreshments provided by our host. This
wonderful family-friendly preparation for the great
feast of Christmas has been an Old Mission San Jose
tradition since 1982. |
