16th Annual Juried Photography Exhibit - 2009

The reception for the 16th Annual Juried Photography Exhibit for Fremont residents, FCAC members and Fremont photography club members was held on Friday, November 13 in the Fremont Main Library’s Fukaya Room. 114 photos from 220 outstanding entries were chosen by a panel of judges for the Exhibit, and were on display in the main floor area of the library until December 11. Per FCAC President, Margaret Thornberry, "I don't see how the entries can possibly improve year to year, but every year I find myself more impressed with the caliber of work submitted by our local photographers."

Recreation Services of the City of Fremont and the two local photography clubs, Photogenesis and the Fremont Photo Club, joined with the FCAC in making this excellent show possible.

Photos were judged on Artistic Merit, Originality, Difficulty and Technical Aspects.
